Bruce has over 30 years of experience; 15 years as a home inspector (over 6,000 home inspections) and 15 years in the construction trades. He is also a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). Some of his qualifications include:
