The Home Inspection
All inspections performed by Bruce Grier are done in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). The home inspection report which is completed at the time of the inspection also includes “The Home Reference Book”; a comprehensive, 400 page easy-to-use reference guide that provides useful information for home owners.
